MANITOBA INVITED CANDIDATES UNDER TWO MPNP STREAMS

On March 21, 2025, Manitoba conducted a new Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw, inviting candidates under two key immigration streams.

In round #241, the province invited 101 applicants under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream. To qualify, candidates needed a minimum score of 844 and had to have completed post-secondary education in Manitoba.

Additionally, under the Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) stream, 7 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to candidates who were invited through the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. The lowest score accepted in this category was 705 points.

In total, 108 candidates received LAAs in this round, including 23 Express Entry candidates. So far in 2025, Manitoba has invited 661 candidates through its MPNP draws, reinforcing its commitment to attracting skilled workers and international graduates to support the province’s labor market needs.
