IRCC CONDUCTED EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW #326 FOR CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS CANDIDATES
On November 19, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held its latest Express Entry draw exclusively for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. A total of 400 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued in this draw, marking the tenth CEC-targeted round of the year.
Round #326 featured a cut-off score of 539 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), reflecting a decrease of 8 points from the previous CEC-specific draw conducted on November 13. The tie-breaking rule was applied to candidates who had submitted their profiles on or before July 8, 2024, at 01:41:37 UTC.
As of November 18, 2024, there were 218,167 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool. In total, IRCC has issued 93,342 ITAs across 48 Express Entry draws in 2024. Of these, 26,500 invitations were issued to CEC candidates, highlighting the program’s significance in transitioning temporary residents with Canadian work experience to permanent residency.
The CEC stream remains a vital pathway for individuals already working in Canada who wish to settle permanently. By prioritizing candidates with Canadian work experience, the government aims to bolster the labor market and ensure a seamless integration of skilled workers into the economy.
