MANITOBA INVITED 126 CANDIDATES UNDER THE MPNP

On July 4, 2024, Manitoba conducted its 223rd invitation round under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), signaling ongoing opportunities for skilled workers and international graduates seeking to immigrate to Canada. The province issued a total of 126 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs), with 41 invitations extended to candidates under the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, specifically through the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. Notably, candidates in this category achieved a competitive minimum score of 709 points, reflecting Manitoba's focus on attracting highly qualified individuals to address specific provincial labor market needs.

In addition to the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba also issued 85 invitations through the International Education Stream, underscoring its commitment to retaining international graduates who contribute to the province's economic and social fabric.

This recent invitation round highlights Manitoba's proactive stance in immigration, as evidenced by a total of 5,034 candidates invited in 2024 alone under the MPNP, with 751 invitations extended to candidates in the Express Entry pool. These initiatives not only support Manitoba's economic growth but also offer promising pathways for skilled workers and graduates looking to establish themselves in Canada.
