IRCC INVITED NEARLY 3,000 CANDIDATES UNDER THE IEC

Over the past week, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a series of draws in the International Experience Canada (IEC) pools, inviting 2,994 young foreigners to apply for an IEC open work permit. These draws, held from July 22 to July 28, 2024, offer young people from various countries the opportunity to live and work in Canada under different categories such as Working Holiday, Young Professionals, and International Co-op (Internship).


As of July 28, a total of 34,876 candidates were registered in the pool, eagerly awaiting an invitation to apply (ITA). The most recent round of invitations saw a diverse range of recipients from across the globe, including:
