IRCC INVITED IN THE NEW ALL-PROGRAM EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW AS WELL AS FRANCOPHONE CANDIDATES

On August 1, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 2,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under Express Entry. In this draw, IRCC invited candidates under all immigration programs. In round #259, the cut-off score was 517 points, 12 points more than in the previous all-program draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was June 30, 2023, at 11:45:05 UTC. As of August 1, 2023, there are 211,529 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 2,266 more than in the previous update. On August 2, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw, selecting candidates for French language proficiency. In round #260, IRCC issued 800 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to francophone candidates. The cut-off score of this draw was 435 points, 60 points more than the previous draw for this category. The tie-breaking rule for this round was July 31, 2023, at 09:57:30 UTC. As of August 1, 2023, there were 211,529 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool. This year, Canada issued 71,948 ITAs through the Express Entry draws.
