IRCC INVITED 646 PNP CANDIDATES IN A NEW EXPRESS ENTRY DRAW

On February 17, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw, inviting 646 candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This draw, marked as round #336, required a cut-off score of 750 points, reflecting a 52-point decrease compared to the previous PNP-targeted draw, making it more accessible for eligible candidates.

The tie-breaking rule for this round was set on July 23, 2024, at 17:41:11 UTC, ensuring transparency in the selection process. As of February 16, 2025, the Express Entry pool held 234,644 active profiles, showcasing the high level of interest from prospective immigrants.

So far in 2025, the Canadian government has issued a total of 10,922 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system, including 1,572 PNP candidates, reinforcing its commitment to attracting skilled workers who can contribute to regional growth across provinces.
