MANITOBA INVITED 336 SKILLED CANDIDATES UNDER THE MPNP
On January 26, 2023, Manitoba held its second invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) this year. In round #166, the MPNP issued 253 LAAs in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 726 points, 8 points fewer than the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 23 LAAs.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 713 points, the same as in round #165. In addition, 60 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream. Manitoba has issued LAAs to 336 candidates, including 32 Express Entry candidates for this round. In 2023, MPNP invited 658 candidates, and 59 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.
