Over the past two weeks, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted new draws within the International Experience Canada (IEC) pools. Between July 29 and August 11, 2024, Canada extended invitations to 5,649 young international candidates to apply for an IEC open work permit. As of August 11, there are 34,226 candidates currently registered in the pool, awaiting their chance to receive an invitation.
