This rise in the score indicates heightened competition within the pool of experienced candidates. The tie-breaking rule for this draw was set for February 20, 2024, at 02:57:40 UTC, meaning that candidates who met the cut-off score and submitted their profiles before this date were prioritized for receiving an invitation.

As of October 9, 2024, the Express Entry pool contained 209,317 active profiles, showcasing a robust interest from skilled workers aiming to make Canada their new home. So far in 2024, Canada has issued a total of 86,987 ITAs through 39 Express Entry draws, with a growing emphasis on targeted groups, such as CEC candidates.
